For use with hinged windows, to include awning windows, transom windows and casement type. Ideal for use with both crank-out and push-out type windows. Adjuster consists of one 10 inch track/mounting plate, one arm with mounting bracket. Arm, track and bracket are constructed of unfinished stainless steel and includes a brass friction shoe. Flat head set screw can be adjusted to increase or decrease friction hold by raising or lowering screw.
