Designed for use with Windsor Windows. Found in vertical-sliding single- and double-hung windows in Texas and other states. Surface mounted latches will need a Phillips head screwdriver to install. Constructed of high-quality injected molded plastic which outlasts and outperforms other assembled versions. These tilt latches come in a beautiful bronze color and feature a smooth finish. Mounting holes are 1-3/16 inch on center. Allows easy tilt-in of vertical sliding sash for easier cleaning of hard-to-reach surfaces.
