Components are constructed of stamped aluminum, aluminum wire and steel. Aluminum latch comes in mill finish and the ball head screw comes in a zinc plated finish; both are corrosion resistant finishes. Installs into the spline channel of aluminum screens and is held in place by vinyl spline. Designed for use with aluminum screens on sliding windows. Used to hold the bottoms of screen frames locked shut.
