Description:

Size: 1/4 inch X 7-5/8 inch. Features an "eye" or loop on each end. Used to maintain and adjust tension on cable, rope or chain. Rotating the frame will simultaneously pull eye bolts in towards each other (Note: Pliers can be used if too difficult to turn by hand). Allows for increasing or decreasing tension without having to rotate eye bolts.
