This is a new swivel blade wax carver. This is a handy tool for rounding edges, especially the inside of wax rings. The cutting blade snaps in and out of the handle and swivels, which make it easy to follow curved edges. The blade is hardened tool steel and will give years of service. The easy grip aluminum handle measures approximately 5/8" (16 mm) in diameter and is made of anodized aluminum.
