Enables V-100 and V-200 air regulating valves to be worn in a vertical or horizontal position for comfort of wear. Enables use of TR-325 standard belt, TR-326 high durability belt or TR-327 easy clean belt. Provides thermal padding between valve and wearer. Securely holds valve during use.
