Replacement stem is 18 inches overall length. M-123-0096 is for "Old Style" Mansfield 500 series full-turn hydrants only. Will replace stem in a 578-14 or 590-14 hydrant. Right hand and left hand graphite packing included. Pre-tapped (threaded) for handle screw.
