Typically used on single and double hung windows to lock in position. Body and latches are constructed from mold injected plastic and the thumb latch locks and releases the spring-loaded latch. Mounting holes are 2 inch on center with a 5/16 inch offset from the face of the latch lock to the center of the first mounting hole. Includes 1 left and 1 right spring-loaded tilt latch which are 1-1/16 inch wide with a 3 inch overall length.
